CLASS RULES
Safety our first priority

Address instructor by, Mr, Ms, with their last name, and when responding always say sir or ma'am.
Be respectful and courteous to all.
Arrive to class at least 10 minutes before class starts
Wear proper uniform at all times. (gi)
Leave jewelery at home
Keep nails trimmed.
Use facility before you come to class
Horse playing is not allowed (keep your hands and feet to yourself)
Put shoes against the wall, sign in and sit in designated area
Do not leave instruction area without permission
Karate is used only in self defense
Only good attitudes are allowed in class.

NOTE TO PARENTS

Drop off and pick up your child/children in the gym
Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on school property
You may stay and watch the class, but please keep quiet and keep young children out of the training area.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.
Please make sure we have a current contact number.
